Securing Your Appointment
All appointments are secured with a NONREFUNDABLE deposit. The confirmation email contains the address, parking instructions, and appointment changing options.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please make any appointment changes at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment time. Any appointment changes made after the 24 hours will result in lost of deposit. Deposits will only be transferred once prior to 24 hour advance cancellation. No call no shows & appointments cancelled will result in full service charge.
Lashes must be clean & free of all products (oils, mascara, eyeliner) upon arrival or a lash bath will be required. Appointment times are an estimation and may be shorter or longer than the time provided.
Due to limited space, extra guest are not allowed.
Refills will no longer be accepted post 21 days (3 Weeks) of previous set.
Refills are supposed to be a fill in of lashes lost. There should be no more than 40% of lashes lost in each eye. Anything more is considered a full set.
Client Self Scheduling
You are required to book your appointment through the site so that all appropriate information is received. Staff will no longer be accepting text for booking appointments unless it is an emergent situation. there have been to many overbooking and booking errors.
Specials are run throughout the month for full sets and refills.
Please keep in mind your refill may be more expensive than your full set if you booked the full set during the special and declined to set the an appointment for your fill.
It is suggested that you book you refill immediately after your set so that you can receive the discount on both.
